A first class KT "New Ethics Management Principles"

We seek the future of the company with correct decision making and ethical judgment to grow into a global first-class company. To this end, we will take "customer first, compliance management, basic loyalty, owner's awareness and social responsibility" as the top five principles of ethical management that should be shared and followed by all KT employees, and pledge to actively implement them.

  • Principles 1. Make customer the first priority.

    1-1. Respect customer values and information and thoroughly protect them.

    1-2 Unrelenting to create differentiated value that helps customers.

  • Principle 2. Strictly observe the various laws and standards.

    2-1. Act fairly and cleanly in accordance with law and the rules of mourning.

    2-2. Secure and maintain transparency in management and thoroughly protect the company's secrets.

  • Principles 3. Staying true to the basics and principles.

    3-1. To judge reasonably and objectively and act responsibly from the perspective of the company's overall interests.

    3-2. Strictly distinguish between public and private, and take the lead in creating a sound and clean organizational culture.

  • Principles 4. I have a sense of ownership that the company and I are one.

    4-1. Not afraid of failure, always challenging the best.

    4-2. It seeks to improve efficiency through autonomy and empowerment.

  • Principles 5. Fulfill social responsibility and duty as a national enterprise

    5-1. Protect the rights and interests of shareholders and strive for the quality of life of executives and employees.

    5-2. To value and respect the environment, safety and human rights.

    5-3. Take the lead in social contribution activities, and establish the relationship of shared growth with business partners.
